Consent management
We use CookieYes, a consent management platform, to obtain and record your cookie preferences. When you first visit the Site (where required by law), a banner lets you accept, reject, or customize the categories of non-essential cookies — such as analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by reopening the consent settings from the cookie banner or settings link on the Site. Strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the Site to function, cannot be disabled through the banner.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. In line with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Consistent with the GDPR’s protections for children (“GDPR-K”), we also do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area without appropriate parental or guardian consent. International users
The Site is operated by Fuente Empresarial S.A.S. and is hosted and administered with the involvement of service providers that may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside these jurisdictions, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
